From November 11th to 13th, the LIFE CLOOVER² Circular Economy Project took part in Ecofira, Efiaqua and Eco Chemical Solution 2025 at Feria Valencia. This event brought together companies, experts and initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental management and innovation.
The participation of LIFE CLOOVER², coordinated by SINTAC, was an excellent opportunity to introduce the project to companies, professionals and organisations from the chemical and environmental sectors. Teresa Martínez, Manager of Circular Economy Projects at SINTAC, delivered a presentation in the Sala Demo, where she highlighted the progress made so far in developing closed-loop systems for reuse and recycling. She also outlined the next milestones of the project, including advancements in the LCA work and the development of the digital platform that will support decision-making and circularity actions.
Beyond the project’s own activities, the fair offered a rich agenda filled with discussions and presentations on key industry topics. Particularly noteworthy were the conference delivered by the General Manager of FEIQUE, who provided a strategic overview of the chemical sector, and the debate featuring several Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes – ENVALORA, IMPLICA, GENCI and PROCIRCULAR – where participants explored challenges, solutions and future opportunities related to circularity.

The strong interest shown by attendees reinforces the importance of implementing circular economy solutions within the chemical sector.
